I am a big fan of the old and simple Odo's b-station 1.5, which you can't download from the developer's site anymore (I still use it sometimes, the sound reminds me of a lost cousin of the nice-and-easy TS404). This one (version 2) has different, interesting features and is capable of some good punchy, agressive and dirty bass sounds. Which may be good or bad, depending of your taste. Although I liked, never found a practical use in my music.
The GUI is a bit small -- if you use a large monitor this may annoy you.
